i started taking photo's back in high school photography class. i took it cause it seemed like an easy credit. well, it was an easy credit that's for sure, but it was also one of the most rewarding. we were taught on pentax k1000's, which we would sign out for the period, night or weekend. i spent alot of time with that camera and soon found that it was much to my liking. after high school i bought my own pentax k1000 and it remains my favorite camera to this day. i have no real technical knowledge of photography other than what was taught in the class. what i try and do is take pictures of normal things that catch my eye.
i live close to toronto, ontario, canada. besides taking pictures i listen to, gather, read about and talk to much about music.
i started this website in june of two thousand and four as a challenge to myself and also for a place to display my photos for friends and anyone who wants to see them.
inspiration for the design of this site comes from two places: this making happy page and lou barlow's homepage. i use dreamweaver for the web design and photoshop to crop and whatnot.
