i've been reading lots of interviews with william eggleston and he seems like quite the character. it talks in some parts about him and his wife having drunken gun fights in the past. i guess he truly is from the south. also how some prints in auction went for fifty thousand dollars. what? that's crazy. but maybe if i had that kind of money i would probably want an original eggleston hanging on my wall to inspire me.
