friday night ms. polkadot and i went to two shows. one at the bloor cinema which featured acoustic performances some local artists like gentleman reg, jason collett and andrew whiteman. it was interesting enough i guess. then we went to the drake to see apostle of hustle, where this photo was taken. it was a pretty good show and lots of people from broken social scene, metric and the stars got up on stage and played along. i will be adding a photo album of the night pretty soon but it will have to wait a day or two.
i'm pretty jealous, ms. polkadot bought a new imac on saturday and it is gorgeous. we spent the weekend watching dvd's on it and admiring how beautiful it looks.
