so i limited myself to pictures that i took in the last calendar year and not pictures that i've posted this year cause some of the photos were taken awhile before this site. the four images above are the ones that i really like and am proud of.
this site has taught me lots about photography. like what comes out on the other end when i look though the viewfinder and how to create a mood or texture. most times i find myself disappointed but on rare occasions like the pictures above i find myself pleased with the results. this website feels like a journey, to where i'm not sure but it feels right so i think that's the most important thing. i'm still learning that's for sure but i'm enjoying putting my pictures up here for people to see and share. now on to the rest.

it's awesome that three of these records are canadian. when you think of it 2004 wasn't to great when it came to music but some amazing albums did come out like the ones above. it was probably hard to expect it to be as great as 2003, when broken social scene, the shins, cat power, exploding hearts, the strokes, m83, and the unicorns all put out amazing albums.
